Using software to overwrite data is all well and good, but what happens when that data is held on a device which that software cannot access?

If it’s held inside the device in the form of IP config on a networking device, on a remote management chip on a server or simply an account setting on an IP/SIP phone, there are more choices than just leaving it on there or recycling the entire device which could be worth thousands in rebate back to you/your client.

When we have no better option, we offer our clients the option of a factory reset. Our trained technicians can identify and thoroughly remove your setting from an array of devices which sit in the grey area between data bearing and non-data bearing.
